Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing any reason.

How to request a return

Send an email to ordini@luckyfox.it with the subject "Withdrawal Order no. [order number]" including:

First and last name
Order number
Product(s) to return
IBAN for the refund

The communication must be sent before the expiration of the 14 days from receipt of the products.

How to ship the products

After receiving confirmation of the withdrawal acceptance, you have 14 days to ship the products to:

The products must be intact, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase (or bank transfer, if agreed).

Defective or incorrect product

If you received a defective product, a product damaged during transport, or a product different from what was ordered, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to ordini@luckyfox.it with photos of the product and packaging.

In these cases, the return and reshipping costs for the correct product will be covered by us.
