These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern the purchase of products through the luckyfox.it website. By purchasing on the site, the user fully accepts these T&C. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

2. Scope of Application

These T&C apply to all orders placed through luckyfox.it by:

Consumers (B2C): natural persons purchasing for purposes unrelated to any trade, business or professional activity.
Professionals and businesses (B2B): persons purchasing in the course of a commercial, craft or professional activity.

Lucky Fox products are intended exclusively for the professional and amateur care of horse hooves. They are not veterinary products and do not replace the advice of a qualified veterinarian or farrier.

Products are sold primarily in Italy but shipping is available to European Union countries. For orders to non-EU countries, please contact the seller in advance.

3. Products and Prices

3.1 Product Descriptions

Lucky Fox strives to provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions of all products in the online catalogue. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual packaging due to batch variations or graphic updates. The seller reserves the right to make changes to product specifications without prior notice, while maintaining the quality standards of the range.

3.2 Prices

All prices shown on the website are expressed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. There is no minimum order requirement.

Lucky Fox reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applied to an order will be the one shown at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

An order is considered confirmed once the customer receives an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. Lucky Fox reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

Product unavailability.
Errors in the information provided by the buyer.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Non-payment.

In the event of cancellation, the customer will be promptly notified by email and any payment already made will be fully refunded.

5. Payment Methods

The website accepts the following payment methods:

Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro — processed via Shopify Payments with 3D Secure encryption.
Express checkout: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
Bank transfer: bank details will be provided by email upon order confirmation. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.

Cash on delivery is not available. Payment data is transmitted securely and is not stored on the seller's servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase threshold, for both domestic and European Union destinations.

6.2 Carriers and Delivery Times

Shipments are managed directly by owner Franco Volpi, primarily using MBE (Mail Boxes Etc.) and other selected carriers. Estimated delivery times are:

Italy: 5–7 business days from payment confirmation.
EU countries: delivery times may vary depending on the destination; the customer will be informed at the time of order.

The times indicated are purely indicative and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Delays caused by force majeure, public holidays, weather conditions or courier issues are not attributable to the seller.

6.3 Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, customers are advised to check the integrity of the package before signing. In case of visible damage, the customer must sign with reservation or refuse the package and immediately report the issue to ordini@luckyfox.it.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

7.1 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (B2C)

Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products.

7.2 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send written notice before the 14-day deadline to:

The notice must include: full name, order number, product(s) to be returned, IBAN for the refund.

7.3 Return of Products

After receiving confirmation of the accepted withdrawal, the customer has 14 days to ship the products to the following address:

Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7.4 Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method used for the purchase (or bank transfer, if agreed). Lucky Fox reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods are actually received.

7.5 Returns for Defective or Incorrect Products

In the event of a defective, transport-damaged or incorrectly shipped product, the customer must report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing ordini@luckyfox.it with photographs of the product and packaging. In such cases, return and re-shipping costs are borne by Lucky Fox.

8. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold on luckyfox.it are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity as provided by Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 for consumers (B2C). In the event of a lack of conformity arising within 24 months of delivery, the consumer is entitled to repair or replacement of the product or, in cases provided for by law, a price reduction or contract termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lucky Fox products are formulated for the external care of horse hooves and must be used in accordance with the instructions on the label and product page. Lucky Fox assumes no liability for:

Improper use of products or use not in accordance with the provided instructions.
Results not meeting expectations due to specific conditions of the animal not previously assessed by a professional.
Indirect, consequential damages or financial losses arising from the use of the products.

If in doubt about the health of a horse's hoof, always seek advice from a qualified veterinarian or farrier.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on luckyfox.it — including texts, images, logos, graphics and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Volpi Franco / Lucky Fox or licensed to it, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution or use of the content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Processing

The processing of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy of the website, managed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) through the Iubenda platform. Both documents are available directly on luckyfox.it in the dedicated sections.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by Italian law. For consumers (B2C), in the event of a dispute, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, as provided by applicable consumer protection legislation. For professional customers (B2B), the exclusively competent court is that of Brescia, Italy.

For out-of-court resolution of disputes, consumers resident in the EU may access the European Commission's ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

Lucky Fox reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Changes will be published on the website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Orders confirmed before any amendment remain governed by the T&C in force at the time of the order.
