Free shipping on all orders

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase amount, both for destinations within Italy and to countries in the European Union.

Delivery times

Italy: 5–7 working days from payment confirmation.
EU countries: delivery times vary depending on the destination; you will be informed at the time of the order.

The indicated delivery times are purely indicative. Delays caused by force majeure, holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues are not attributable to the seller.

Courier

Shipments are handled by Franco Volpi through the MBE (Mail Boxes Etc.) service and other selected couriers.

Destinations

We ship throughout Italy and to countries within the European Union. For orders to non-EU countries, please contact us before proceeding with the purchase.

Verification upon delivery

Upon delivery, we recommend that you check the integrity of the package before signing for receipt. In the event of visible damage, sign with reservation or refuse the package and report it immediately to ordini@luckyfox.it.
